Save a piece of Mimico's heritage.
On April 1, 2011 Armstrong Hunter and Associates, land use planners for Longo Properties, submitted a private planning application for a proposed Official Plan amendment to the Toronto Official Plan to the Etobicoke-York District Community Planning department. The application raises the prospect of removing or demolishing heritage features during redevelopment of the Amadeo Garden Court apartments.
You can learn more about the proposed development as it currently stands at the 2521 - 2543 Lake Shore Boulevard West Overview page. A flyer which explains what has taken place and the heritage of the site is attached.

This Toronto officially plan
This Toronto officially plan is nice but I think Mimico Estate is so special and important for the people of Toronto so we should save the Mimico Estate. This Mimico’s heritage building like a historical palace. This officially plan can postpone for some time and please save this heritage.
