“Right to Your Front Door” by Herb Kingston

‘There was a time in the not-so-distant past when milk, bread, eggs, meat, coal, ice and other household necessities were all delivered "right to your front door" in Toronto.’

Herb Kingston colourfully describes that era and provides a visual trip down memory lane.

Herb’s adventures in home delivery began as a boy riding along with his father in a horse-drawn wagon delivering milk.  Later on, Herb would work delivering packages for Robert Simpson Co.
